6mm carbide triangular drill

This set gives you an extra 6mm carbide triangular drill; The carbide bit can solve the problems of diamond bit wander and bit walking for you. It provides you with more accurate drilling positioning and easier drilling. Note: The carbide bit is used to provide accurate positioning for diamond bit, not for drilling;

Operation steps:

1) Use the carbide drill bit to create the starting notch.

2) Now place the diamond bit at an angle of about 45 ° on the starting notch and drill carefully.

3) After the notch is deepened, place the machine and the diamond bit vertically.

4) A slight rotation during the drilling process will ensure that the drilling is able to remove dust and debris.

5) Suspend drilling and periodically cool diamond bits and materials.

6)Repeat step 4.5 until drilling is complete.

7) At the end of the drilling process, always clean the diamond bit and remove any residues before reuse.

Applicable machines: Electric hand drill, bench drill, etc; For electric hand drill, the recommended speed is more than 2000RPM.

Using low-power machines will greatly shorten the service life of the drill bit."
